As a personal trainer and certified nutritionist I believe that it is fair to say that you are not being told the whole truth about thigh weight loss. There are so many bogus diets and claimed healthy foods that are really only loaded with hidden sugars that it is so easy to become lost in the misinformation.

1. Diet is one of the most key aspects in losing weight but that does not mean you have to suffer on a low calorie boring diet. In fact I suggest the opposite as I encourage you to start eating 5 smaller meals a day. This will not make you add more fat but will in fact boost your metabolism so you burn even more calories while you are sitting down.
How ever the foods you choose for these small meals must be healthy and should contain food sources like vegetables, lean meats, skim dairy, raw nuts and some fruit.
2. To lose weight in your thighs you are going to have to exercise in the right manner and I highly suggest that you drop the old hour walks on treadmill. It is time to try something new that will help burn fat much faster. Exercises like walking lunges, body weight squats, power walking, stair climbing and skipping will not only burn fat off your thighs but will also help with muscle tone as well. Toned legs are a dream for many women so it is vital that you understand how to get them.
